This claim will pay FX$1 if the Trump Organization is designated by
any US Attorney's Office as a racketeer-influenced or corrupt
organization for the purpose of indicting Donald J. Trump, any family
member, or any employee of Trump, his organization, or his
administration.

It is not necessary for Trump himself to be indicted, but his
business interests must be directly implicated in a RICO filing by a
US Attorney's Office.

At the time of this claim, the business affairs of Donald J. Trump
are reportedly under investigation by the USAO in New York, Virginia,
and the District of Columbia. Any of these offices, or any US
Attorney's Office, will qualify for the purposes of this claim.
