fx-discuss: FX Claim CPI - Monthly CPI exceeds 20% < 2019
The due date is 2019/02/01, however after data published on 11 Jan 2019 for Dec 2018, there is no more data due in.
https://www.clevelandfed.org/our-research/indicators-and-data/median-cpi.aspx
provides link to 4 data sets which seem to be the ones referred to in the claim and they show
Data Set_______________________________________Max annualised rate in period___Month
Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers (CPI-U)__10.43______________________June 2009
'Core' CPI for all items less food and energy____________4.275______________________Jan 2018
FRBC Median Consumer Price Index_________________4.152______________________Jan 2018
FRBC 16% Trimmed Mean CPI______________________3.800______________________May 2011
So none of the series show an annualized CPI rate which exceeds 20%.
Judge is r6 who hasn't traded since 2013, so not sure if still contactable. This email has been sent to address provided. So if we don't hear from the judge, we may need a new one.
I would like to get this judged as soon as possible as I am out of FX$.
